Dr Kingsley Tonkin
Kingsley is a clinical psychologist with over 30 years experience. He has worked as a clinical psychologist in major hospitals in four Australian states and territories.
He has been Senior Lecturer in Clinical and Forensic Psychology, and Director of Psychology Clinics in two Australian Universities.
Evidence-based psychological assessment and treatment
Kingsley’s goals as a clinical psychologist are to provide best-practice, evidence-based, assessment and treatment to assist children, adolescents, and adults to manage anxiety depression, and school and work problems in their lives.
Major areas of expertise and interest for Kingsley include assessment and psychological treatment of autism in children and adults, treatment of anxiety and depression in adults, and assessment and treatment of work-related stress and psychological injury.
Kingsley is married with two children. His interests outside of work include art, music, DIY, and the outdoors.
Provisional Psychologist, Nicholas Tonkin
Nicholas is a Provisional Psychologist with experience administering assessments and providing treatment to clients under the National Disability Insurance Scheme. He completed his Graduate Diploma of Psychology (Advanced) at Monash University in 2020.
Nicholas considers himself a lifelong learner, and seeks to attain cross-disciplinary, modern knowledge about human wellbeing and technology. He currently studies Computing at the Australian National University. His previous studies include Data Science and International Relations.
Nicholas lives in South Canberra, and likes to get outdoors whenever he finds the time.
